We want you to love our products and services. But if for any reason you don’t, here’s our warranty, refund and returns policies:


3D Printed Parts

We love our 3D printed latches, and we want you to love yours too. So you get a 12 month Refund or Replacement guarantee. We will happy refund your money or replace the part if it doesn’t fit, breaks, doesn’t work how you expected it to, doesn’t fix the problem, is too ugly, isn’t what you expected, or if you are in any way unhappy with the part. We will even reimburse reasonable Australian postage costs to return it to us, and if you’d like a replacement we will pay to send the replacement part back to you.


Parts that we supply that we didn’t manufacture (like bagpipe supplies)

Any parts supplied by us but not manufactured by us are not guaranteed by us. Most of these items are supported by their manufacturer. We will only provide a refund or replacement at our choice if the item has a major problem with the first 30 days and there is no support offered by the manufacturer.



Our services are mostly provided on prepaid monthly terms. In the event you wish to cancel your agreement with us we will refund any future complete prepaid months. In the event that our services cause any issues, we limit our liability to either supplying the services again or refunding one month.


General Liability Exclusion

Except as stated above and limited to the remedies above, we exclude all liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind (including special, indirect or consequential loss and including loss of income or business profits) however caused (including negligence) arising out of or in connection with any products or services we provide.

Where the law implies a warranty which may not lawfully be excluded our liability shall be limited at our option to any one or more of the following:

(a) in the case of goods, to refund of the price paid to us for the goods; and
(b) in the case of services, to either supplying the services again or refund of up to one month of your payments to us for the services.
